During the first use, let the candle burn until all the wax has become liquid on the surface.
Cut the wick of your candle before each use.
Check that the wick is straight when extinguishing.
Do not relight your candle if there is less than 5mm of wax left.
Do not leave your burning candle unattended.

Why choose our candles over those from major retailers?
Our candles are the product of authentic French craftsmanship. Unlike industrial productions made with paraffin (a petroleum derivative), we exclusively use 100% vegetable wax and fragrances free of harmful substances (no CMRs or phthalates). Each candle is hand-poured in our Parisian workshop, guaranteeing a cleaner, longer burn and a more delicate fragrance diffusion.
Are our candles safe for health and the environment?
This is our priority. We select eco-responsible raw materials: 100% European vegetable wax and cotton wicks.
However, because we use high-quality fragrances (sometimes rich in natural molecules or essential oils), certain precautions apply:
- Pregnant women and babies: As a precaution, the use of scented candles is generally not recommended during pregnancy and in the bedrooms of children under 3 years old.
- Specific warnings: Each fragrance has its own composition. You will find on each product page, as well as under the container of your candle, the pictograms and safety warnings (AFNOR standard) to follow for safe use.
We always prioritize transparency: our candles are designed in compliance with standards , but their use should remain a responsible pleasure.
Is it possible to track my order and what happens in case of breakage?
We take extra care in packaging your treasures to ensure they travel safely. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. And because we want your experience to be perfect: if, despite our precautions, a candle arrives damaged, we promise to replace it or refund you immediately upon receipt of a photo.
How can we ensure that the fragrance will diffuse properly throughout the room?
The secret lies in the dosage and quality of the fragrances. We use perfume concentrates created in Grasse, the world capital of perfumery. Each creation is tested for several weeks to find the perfect balance: a noticeable scent that fills your home without ever becoming overpowering or suffocating.
Tip: For optimal diffusion, allow your candle to burn until the entire surface is liquid on first use.
